Regarding Corona virus: We are STILL OPEN regular hours.

We are disinfecting all touch surfaces after each client/ patient as well as keeping scheduling light allowing for one client/patient in the building at a time. We are all symptom free and should that change will make everyone aware immediately.

We are asking all clients to get medications and dog food to last a month. We are happy to bring items to your car and place them in your trunk. If you are unable to leave your home please call us and we will get what you need to your home. If you call after hours please leave a message or send an email. We will be checking them. This is obviously an evolving situation and will post any changes.

This is a new experience for all of us. Be smart. Follow recommendations of health professionals and we will get through this. Love to the entire NCAH family.

Process for appts and food and medicine pick-ups:

Call us when you arrive in the parking lot. We will come to your car (with mask and gloves) and get your pet and use our leash, leaving your leash with you. You will remain in your car while we care for your pet. Dr. Sinko will call you or come to the car to discuss your pets treatments etc. All payments will be done over the phone and receipts will be emailed or texted.

Many people have had problems ordering dog and cat food on-line. We stocked up in anticipation of that problem. If we don’t have what you need we will do our best to get it or help you choose an appropriate substitute.
